The Bridge Forward: Transition to Middle and High School (Middle School Leader Guide)
The Bridge Forward is the road map to successfully preparing students with the skills they require to transition into and out of middle school.
Middle school leaders have the unique responsibility of creating the conditions to support both students who are entering middle school for the first time and those who will soon be entering high school. Leaders can use the resources in the Transition to Middle School and High School Leader Guide to help educators, parents, and students connect so that the entire learning community is working together toward a common goal.
