CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Northeast Foundation for Children (NEFC), a growing nonprofit educational organization serving elementary schools and teachers nationwide, seeks a full-time customer service representative (M-F, 8:30am–4:30pm) to provide service to customers inquiring about workshops and publications and to perform data entry.
Successful candidate will have strong phone, interpersonal, and data entry skills and be a team player. Interest in education and experience with MS Word and Excel a plus. Benefited position. Some travel required.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND OPERATIONS

Successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in a senior level management position, including supervising four or more employees; strong track record in leading the financial functions of an organization; demonstrated ability to manage operations effectively and drive results; experience in leading change initiatives; strong decision-making skills; demonstrated ability to be an effective leader in a dynamic and collaborative environment; and a commitment to the mission of Northeast Foundation for Children.
